AltiConsole™ - Operator Console
AltiConsole™ is an easy to use, feature rich PC interface designed specifically to enable an operator attendant to handle a high volume of calls easily and effectively while maintaining personalized service. The AltiServ™ software-based operator console has been optimized to support the common tasks of an operator attendant. AltiConsole, allows a receptionist to monitor the real time extension status, place outside calls, conference calls to internal and external numbers. It also allows the operator to put callers on hold and park calls, transfer calls to extensions or directly to voicemail or even off site numbers with the touch of a button or the click of a mouse. The AltiConsole allows an operator attendant to manage up to 50 simultaneous calls.

AltiView™ - Desktop Integration
AltiView brings Call Control and Visual voice mail management to the desktop for quick and effortless handling of calls and voicemail. When receiving single or multiple incoming calls, the AltiView pop up screen lets you view the caller ID of incoming calls. Juggle multiple calls, put calls on hold or transfer calls directly to another extension, an off site number, voice mail or you can easily conference multiple parties. AltiView allow you to dial by name or number using name match by keying in the name of the person you wish to contact and AltiView will display the number right from your integrated directory.

Built in Screen pop and integration with Contact Management software such as Microsoft CRM, Microsoft Outlook, Goldmine, or ACT!. The AltiView desktop PC interface provides automatic contact record retrieval and screen "Pops" of contact records to your desktop PC. Users can type in a name to automatically retrieve telephone numbers and click and dial from an integrated contact record directory.

Advanced Call Router
Advanced Call Router is a call-handling tool enabling calls to be intelligently routed before they are answered, based on Basic Call Router's routing "rules." Routing can be based on specific logic statements as defined in Call Router's routing "rules" Caller ID, Caller Entered Digits*, IVR/Auto attendant Data, Form Data and DNIS.

AltiServ™ Contact Center
A powerful integrated contact center solution to support a department or workgroup served by an AltiGen AltiServ IP-PBX. ACC helps organizations and customer contact professionals enhance their customer service, technical support, sales processing, and help desk operations. AltiServ Contact Center supports enhanced routing, queuing and call distribution. ACC includes advanced Agent interfaces for advanced caller information delivery to the agents, advanced call control. The Supervisor interface provides real-time views of agent and work group performance and statistics and reporting for contact center management.


IP Extension Support IP and remote agents support
IP Extension Support One of the key features in of AltiGen IP-PBXs is the support of IP Extensions and IP Agents. Virtual Contact Centers or remote agents can exist anywhere on the company LAN or around the world via a VPN or the Internet as long as the data connection is reliable and fast. From a user's perspective, an IP Extension works exactly the same way a standard telephone extension always has always worked, with the added advantage of being able to work remotely. The AltiGen IP extension enables three new remote employee environments, remote offices, telecommuters and remote call center agents.

Voice Over IP - Multi System Networking
The AltiServ IP PBX allows multiple systems to be linked together cost effectively up to 600 extensions. With Voice over IP Trunking these systems can be in a single site, a campus environment or multiple locations anywhere in the world using LAN, WAN or VPN implementations. AltiGen offers simplified Centralized multisided Management of AltiServ systems networked together. The AltiGen AltiServ systems supports centralized CDR by delivering multiple site Call Detail into a single SQL Database for unified system wide Call Detail Reporting.

T1/PRI High Capacity Trunking
AltiGen's high capacity digital Triton T1 trunking interface is software provisioned to provide full T1, ISDN PRI and E1 capabilities. The Triton T1 board in any configuration also comes equipped with 24 full voicemail ports, offering customers unprecedented value with high capacity. High capacity AltiGen systems can support up to 8 T1/PRI interfaces per chassis.
