IP-PBX Telephone System

Voice Mail
Every AltiGen system includes a powerful voice mail system designed expressly for the business user. Built into every AltiGen IP-PBX system is the ability to create and manage 2,000 voicemail boxes and our smallest system comes standard with 1,500 hours of message storage. AltiGen's feature packed voice mail has an advanced voice prompted user interface for simple management of our powerful capabilities.

Auto Attendant
AltiServ provides 255 separate Auto-Attendant menus with unlimited menu level expansion, each providing powerful voice prompted menus for call handling and information collection. The AltiGen Auto Attendant may be used as a primary interface for incoming calls with backup provided by a live operator. Inversely the auto attendant can back up an operator when call volumes are high, in a rollover implementation, or for lunch, after-hour and weekend support. AltiGen' s Auto Attendant call menus are easy to use. Callers can make choices from a voice prompted menu to talk to an operator or key in a specific extension, even dial by name.

Unified Messaging
AltiGen to supports unified messaging by giving the user the option of having their voice mail delivered to any SMTP/POP3 compliant e-mail server like Microsoft Exchange™. With one post office box for all messages you can retrieve voice, e-mail messages without changing at all how you retrieve your e-mail now. Mixed-Media Messaging allows users to combine multiple forms of communication (such as voice mail, email, data file, etc.) into a single e-mail message. The user can record a voice message using a telephone handset and attach it to e-mail for delivery.

Administration
The AltiWare Administrator (AltiAdmin) allows you to easily configure sophisticated switching and messaging functions using windows that guide you through the configuration steps for each feature. AltiAdmin allows control of one or more AltiServ systems for local and remote system management. The Main Menu functions are Services to manage system security and the backup and restore functions. System Management to manage the system configuration, trunks and extensions, out call routing, Auto Attendant, Voice messaging, audio peripheral, VoIP and AltiGen IP phone configuration. Call Detail Reporting (CDR)
Reporting is vital to managing any business efficiently and effectively. AltiWare offers enhanced Call Detail Reporting (CDR). AltiGen's Call Detail Recording (CDR) solutions include data collection, recording, and reporting. All calls are logged and CDR Search lets you define a search and report by the type of call including station-to-station calls, incoming or outgoing (answered or unanswered), workgroup, even voice mail activity.

DINA MANAGER (Multisystem Configuration Tool)
The DINA Manager is a Multisystem Configuration Tool designed to work with AltiGen's Distributed Intelligence Network Architecture to configure and synchronize the extensions, routing and e-mail of multiple networked AltiWare systems. This tool allows administrators to synchronize the extensions in all systems so that all calls to the extension will be presented to the appropriate AltiWare system. The DINA Manager will synchronize multiple systems so changes to any system extension and voicemail is reflected and updated in all systems.

Workgroup Support
AltiWare comes with hunt groups with call queuing and Universal Call Distribution routing for delivering customer calls into workgroups. Uniform Call Distribution or UCD allows incoming calls to be effectively distributed to employee groups or operators and to queue up calls if someone is unavailable to take the call. While in the queue the caller will hear music on hold or professionally recorded information or advertising messages. Callers then are automatically transferred to the first available workgroup representatives or the next person in that group by rule.

Analog Extension Support With the versatility of the AltiServ IP-PBX system AltiGen offers Analog extensions support for modems, fax machines and a wide variety of industry standard analog telephones. AltiServ Analog extensions can utilize existing telephone wiring lowering the cost of implementing your AltiGen solution. AltiTouch™ telephone sets are analog telephones that are specifically engineered for the AltiServ IP-PBX for high quality business communications at affordable prices.
