designed expressly for the business user. Built into every AltiGen
IP-PBX system is the ability to create and manage 2,000 voicemail
boxes and our smallest system comes standard with 1,500 hours
of message storage. AltiGen's feature packed voice mail has
an advanced voice prompted user interface for simple management
of our powerful capabilities. |
| |
| AltiServ provides 255 separate Auto-Attendant menus with unlimited
menu level expansion, each providing powerful voice prompted
menus for call handling and information collection. The AltiGen
Auto Attendant may be used as a primary interface for incoming
calls with backup provided by a live operator. Inversely the
auto attendant can back up an operator when call volumes are
high, in a rollover implementation, or for lunch, after-hour
and weekend support. AltiGen' s Auto Attendant call menus are
easy to use. Callers can make choices from a voice prompted
menu to talk to an operator or key in a specific extension,
even dial by name. |

| AltiWare comes with hunt groups with call queuing and Universal
Call Distribution routing for delivering customer calls into
workgroups. Uniform Call Distribution or UCD allows incoming
calls to be effectively distributed to employee groups or operators
and to queue up calls if someone is unavailable to take the
call. While in the queue the caller will hear music on hold
or professionally recorded information or advertising messages.
Callers then are automatically transferred to the first available
workgroup representatives or the next person in that group by
