How to Make a Reservation Dear Vacationer,
Thank you for your recent inquiry regarding our five
bedroom, fully furnished home in Kissimee, Florida. As you may know, vacation homes are
fast becoming the "Hotel Room Alternative" by offering all the conveniences of a
home, at hotel room prices.
Should you wish to make a reservation or obtain a price
quote, please call toll free 1-888-874-5839 between the hours of 9AM and 5PM eastern time.
All rates quoted are subject to change without notice, unless you have a confirmed
reservation. All rates are subject to a 12% State and Resort tax. All vacationers are
required to pay a refundable $200.00 Security Deposit prior to, or at check-in, to be held
against the loss or damage to any article(s) in the home. You may use your credit card (no
charge placed on the card) or cash. The Security Deposit is refundable upon a satisfactory
inspection of the home no more than 5 days after your departure date. Sorry, no pets
allowed. The homes are cleaned for your arrival and upon your departure. Additional
cleaning may be requested at $50.00 per visit.
To confirm a reservation, we require 20 percent of
the total rental cost as a DEPOSIT FEE. Payment may be made by any major credit
card, personal check or money order. We will issue a Confirmation Invoice and
Pre-Registration Form. The balance of your invoice is due one month prior to your
arrival. Upon final payment, you will receive a Final Confirmation Invoice, your
vacation Address, Phone Number, Site Plan and Directions. For your convenience, a Guest
Service Directory is placed in each home to provide you with such details as: Emergency
Maintenance Instructions, Telephone Procedures, Appliance Operation, Area Restaurants,
Stores, Attraction Information, etc.
The pool will need to be heated during the cooler months,
normally November through February. The charge for heating the pool will be $100 per week
and will need to be included in the final payment if you wish to use the pool.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
reservations which cancel 60 days or less prior to arrival are not
eligible for any refund.
Cancellations of 60 to 90 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50%
refund of the initial deposit fee.
Cancellations prior to 90 days will receive a full refund.
